Intro to BJJ is a 5-week starter program designed for adults who want to begin Jiu-Jitsu in a structured, beginner-friendly environment.

The goal is to help beginners build confidence, understand the basics, and feel prepared to transition into regular Adult No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes.

Intro to BJJ runs in 5-week beginner blocks. Classes run Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5:30 PM–6:30 PM. New students join at the start of each block so the group can progress through the fundamentals together.

After completing the Intro to BJJ block, students are ready to join regular Adult No-Gi BJJ classes. Our coaches will help guide that transition.
