Submission Wrestling at 519 Jiu Jitsu combines elements of wrestling, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, and grappling into a complete training experience. Without the traditional Gi, you'll rely on body mechanics, speed, and technique to control and submit your training partners.

This style of training is excellent for self-defense, MMA, and competition grappling. Our curriculum covers takedowns, guard passing, positional control, and submissions in a structured, progressive format.

Open to all experience levels — beginners learn fundamentals while advanced students refine their game with live drilling and positional sparring.
